By accessing and using CWCW (Chop Wood Carry Water, "the Application"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
CWCW is a personal wellbeing and recovery tool that provides daily readiness scoring and longitudinal health data tracking. The application integrates with third-party services including Strava, Twilio, and Anthropic's Claude API.
CWCW is not a medical device, health service, or clinical tool. All readiness scores, training recommendations, and health data visualizations are for informational and personal tracking purposes only. The application does not diagnose conditions, recommend treatments, or substitute for professional medical advice. Lab data is presented as-is for trend tracking — never as clinical interpretation.
Any activity recommendations suggested by the system (good to train, cardio, rest) are based on self-reported data and programmatic rules. You are solely responsible for all training decisions. An active injury overrides any recommendation.
CWCW integrates with third-party services. Your use of those services is governed by their respective terms:
By providing your phone number and signing in, you consent to receive SMS messages from CWCW, including:
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can disable check-in reminders at any time in Settings. To stop all messages, disable SMS reminders and sign out.
Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of using the application. CWCW uses Twilio to deliver messages. Your phone number is not shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
You retain full ownership of all data you enter into CWCW. The application operator does not claim any rights to your personal, health, or training data.
CWCW is provided "as-is" without warranty of any kind. The operator is not liable for any injury, health outcome, data loss, or other damages arising from use of the application. Use at your own risk.
These terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of the application constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
For questions about these terms, contact the application operator directly.
